BOXED MEAL PROGRAM

PRODUCTION FACILITY

The boxed meal production plant is assembled in a 6,500 square foot building adjoining Harvest Farms' USDA facility. Additionally, the facility meets all the HACCP requirements per government regulations. There is a tremendous amount of investment in both equipment and personnel to support the boxed meal program. The facility is a stand-alone building outfitted with refrigerated and dry storage, as well as two production lines. The personnel take great pride in putting out quality lunches.

Following are some pictures to give you an idea of the quality and capability of the boxed meal facility. Currently, the plant is running over 30,000 meals per day with the capability of producing 50,000 meals per day during regular hours. This gives us the ability to add to our customer base without an appreciable increase in expenses. Having this capability should allow growth while lowering cost to the end user.
